Social Media Manager

VAULT, a prestigious speakeasy bar in Ulaanbaatar, is seeking a talented Social Media Manager professional to join our team. We expect you to be well-versed in the latest digital technologies and social media trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, graphic design or related field
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and familiarity with other emerging technologies will be a plus.
• Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
• A willingness to learn and grow
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Organizational skills to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies
• Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
• Create and/or coordinate original and engaging multimedia content across multiple social platforms
• Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools
• Identify consumer trends to help with planning social media campaigns
• Research and evaluate the latest tools and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity, recommend improvements to increase performance
• Set targets to increase customer engagement and loyalty
