BAR MANAGER

VAULT, a prestigious speakeasy bar in Ulaanbaatar.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, maintaining the highest standards in quality and service, and managing a team of talented bartenders. Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation, and bar management.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth and efficient bar operations, from inventory management to staff scheduling and customer service.
• Maintain high standards in the preparation and presentation of all beverages, ensuring consistency and taste.
• Train, and manage a team of bartenders, promoting a positive work environment and fostering skill development.
• Interact with customers, handle inquiries, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Manage and control bar inventory, including ordering, stocking, and minimizing wastage.
• Monitor expenses and maintain cost-effective operations while maximizing profitability.
• Ensure all employees adhere to local alcohol regulations, health and safety guidelines, and company policies.
