The rising star of the famed Lily & Bloom, the first American cocktail bar in Hong Kong in 2010, Bikash is a creative soul dedicated to showcasing his favorite herbs and spices with rum at The Daily Tot. Managing a team of talented bartenders, Bikash is always on the lookout for new concoctions, experimenting with new sipping rums, and continually expanding their ever-growing collection of rums. With over twelve years in bartending and seven in management, Bikash currently serves as the General Manager at Daily Tot.
